Tuition and Fees

Earning your EdD is one of the most important decisions you can make to invest in your career.

An EdD gives you the skills that can open the door to greater opportunities and help shape a new generation of leaders. Invest in your future.

Tuition is $945 per credit hour. The tuition cost for the 54-credit program is $51,030.*

Additional fees may apply. Students are also responsible for the purchase of books and materials, as well as the travel and lodging costs associated with the two required residency weekends. Tuition and fees are subject to change each academic year.

Financial Aid

Financial aid options are available and are subject to qualification. To determine your financial aid eligibility, you are encouraged to spend time assessing your financial need and explore sources of funding, including loans, grants and scholarships. We suggest that you begin your Free Application for Federal Financial Aid (FAFSA) as soon as you apply. Alverno’s FAFSA code is 003832. Alverno’s Financial Aid Office is happy to assist you and can be reached at (800) 933-3401.
